Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with local employers and community agencies, focusing on developing work experience sites, leading to participant employment opportunities. Interviews participants to gather information on correct appropriate site match and make timely referrals to work experience locations. Conduct all employment background checks for participants and work experience site supervisors Collect participants timesheets on a bi-weekly basis Address any participant performance issues that may arise at the worksite. Conduct site visits quarterly. File management CWDS database management Other duties as assigned
