About The Position

i9 Sports Volleyball Site Manager As the i9 Sports Site Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior sports experience and ensuring the seamless game-day operations of our Volleyball program. We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and solution-oriented leader with a passion for volleyball and a knack for working with adults and children. With over 5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs. We offer youth sports leagues, camps and clinics for kids ages 3 and up in today's most popular sports such as: flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. Requirements

Previous leadership experience and a strong background in volleyball (coaching, playing, or officiating) is required.
Excellent organizational skills to efficiently coordinate game-day activities and manage staff.
Effectively communicate with parents, coaches, staff, and players with confidence.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, making proactive decisions to prioritize player safety and positive culture.
Must successfully pass a comprehensive National Criminal Background Check.
Must be available for every scheduled Sunday of the season.

Responsibilities

Lead Volleyball Operations: Execute the setup and breakdown of volleyball nets and equipment, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of part-time staff and volunteer coaches, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
On-Site Coordination: Oversee the smooth operation of the court and ensure games run precisely according to the Sunday schedule.
Culture Building: Promote core i9 Sports values, including sportsmanship, fairness, and respect for all participants.
Customer Excellence: Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit superior customer service to enhance the overall experience for families.
