Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, psychology or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in the provision of youth mental health services
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
• Willingness to work evening hours

Responsibilities

• Provide professional care for youth ages 8-18 and their families
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Assist with group activities, transportation and administrative tasks
• Participate in collaboration with the treatment team
• Provide culturally competent service delivery
• Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment
• Use supervision effectively to explore professional development and training needs

Benefits

• Base Pay: $50,000/annual
• Bilingual Rate: An additional $3,120/annual rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient
• Schedule: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Mon-Thurs; flexible on Friday
