Climb is headquartered in Nashville, TN with 4 total locations: Nashville, TN (2), Murfreesboro, TN (1) and Bentonville, AR (1). Curate Culture Maintain a thorough understanding of Climb’s Mission and how it applies to the customer's journey Dedication to customer service, organization, and risk management daily in an effort to enact Climb’s Vision Strong teamwork and communication skills Use the AMGA belay technique at all times Ability to give and receive constructive criticism Display professionalism and a positive attitude Details Matter Arrive on time, physically and mentally ready to coach practice Implementation of growth mindset in line with Climb Youth Team Philosophy Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to our incident reporting process Be able to coach at least 5 youth climbers simultaneously Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment Be self-motivated: Identify coachable moments and act upon them Execute lesson plans created and shared by Head Coach Availability to potentially attend one competition each season

Requirements

Part time 4-10 hours weekly
Must work at least 2 shifts in weekly schedule
Seasonal re-training and debriefs
Last minute shifts are often available

Responsibilities

Maintain a thorough understanding of Climb’s Mission and how it applies to the customer's journey
Dedication to customer service, organization, and risk management daily in an effort to enact Climb’s Vision
Use the AMGA belay technique at all times
Arrive on time, physically and mentally ready to coach practice
Implementation of growth mindset in line with Climb Youth Team Philosophy
Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures
Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to our incident reporting process
Be able to coach at least 5 youth climbers simultaneously
Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment
