About The Position

The Youth Staff team member at Carnival Entertainment is responsible for providing an exceptional vacation experience for kids and teens aged 2 to 17. This role involves engaging with children through various fun activities, including partnerships with Dr. Seuss and Build-A-Bear, ensuring that every child has a memorable time on board. Ideal candidates should be energetic, adaptable, and have a passion for working with youth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience working directly with children.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Fun and energetic personality with the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as well as independently.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid training preferred.
• Experience with animation, costume, or mascot work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with kids and teens to create a fun and memorable vacation experience.
