Youth Sports Site Manager North Fort Worth
About The Position
Expanding youth sports provider is looking for responsible, well organized individuals to manage the on field activities of our programs. All candidates must be over the age of 18 and possess strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition. This is a part time position that requires weekend work. All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check and will be required to become first aid certified. The i9 Sports Site Manager is a hands-on role responsible for managing the game day operations and the on-field customer experience at venues holding youth sports leagues, including Flag Football, Soccer, T-Ball, Lacrosse, Basketball, Volleyball, and Cheerleading.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Strong communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to efficiently solve problems
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must possess a valid drivers license and own vehicle capable of transporting large objects (SUV or Truck preferred)
- First aid and CPR certified (this can be completed after hiring)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to speak in front of a group of 40-80 people
- All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check
