Requirements

  • Experience with kids in sports – volunteer coaching, camp counselor, PE assistant, etc.
  • Reliable & responsible – able to manage a group independently.
  • Positive energy – enthusiastic, encouraging, and engaging.
  • Own a reliable car (public transit not accepted).
  • Afternoon availability on weekdays (2–5 PM); some weekends.
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Lead age-appropriate sports programs for kids ages 5–12.
  • Teach basic sports skills while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
  • Keep kids engaged, active, and safe.
  • Communicate with parents and provide positive updates.
  • Be the role model kids look up to.
