Requirements

Experience with kids in sports – volunteer coaching, camp counselor, PE assistant, etc.
Reliable & responsible – able to manage a group independently.
Positive energy – enthusiastic, encouraging, and engaging.
Own a reliable car (public transit not accepted).
Afternoon availability on weekdays (2–5 PM); some weekends.
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
