About The Position

As a T-Ball / Coach-Pitch Coordinator for ages 3–5 at i9 Sports®, you will play a vital role in inspiring young athletes and leading your community. This position allows you to be a positive force in local families’ lives by helping young kids (and their parents) discover the joy of sports. You will have the opportunity to guide volunteer coaches, mentor parents, and shape a program built on teamwork and sportsmanship. This role offers flexible, seasonal work, making it perfect for educators, professionals, or parents who want rewarding weekend hours without a full-time commitment. Additionally, you will have access to online training to build transferable leadership, management, and communication skills while joining a supportive, upbeat organization that believes sports should be fun and inclusive.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Youth sports knowledge or coaching experience (preferred).
• Confidence to manage game-day operations and resolve issues quickly.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Availability on weekends and occasional evenings for a 7-week season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to deliver fun, skill-building practices and games.
• Build relationships with parents, players, and coaches to create a welcoming game-day environment.
• Oversee practices and games, uphold safety standards, and model outstanding sportsmanship.
