Youth Sports Coach
About The Position
Youth Athletes United was founded to offer top-tier youth sports programming, emphasizing fun and fundamental skill development to foster healthy habits and life skills. The company is actively recruiting coaches for its multi-sport enrichment program, Amazing Athletes, established in 2003 and serving over 50,000 children annually. Coaches have the flexibility to work between 5 and 25 classes per week, with an hourly wage starting at $20 and potentially reaching $25. The role includes comprehensive training and pre-designed curriculums to facilitate a quick start and an enjoyable experience working with children.
Requirements
- Availability during morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends
- Availability Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 11:00 am and 3:00 - 5:00 pm
- Availability Weekends: 8:00-1:00
- Open to feedback and strive to be better by attending trainings

Responsibilities
- Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
- Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and create a stress-free environment
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
