About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Sports Coach in the Waseca area to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball, Volleyball, and possess a strong foundation in Physical Education. If you have a knack for educating and motivating young athletes to excel in sports, this role is perfect for you. Our camps in WASECA run on Tuesday evenings during the school year.

Requirements

Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Must pass a background check
All applicants must be able to attend in person training January 10th (in Edina, compensated for long drive)

Responsibilities

Educate and train athletes in a variety of sports and physical activities.
Implement our practice plans and curriculums to enhance students' skills and performance.
Organize and lead sports coaching sessions in a gym or outdoor setting.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students to thrive.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sports events and competitions.
