About The Position
Youth Athletes United is seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer + Sports Coach to lead children in engaging and educational activities while ensuring their safety. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with children and are interested in early childhood education or child development. Coaches will be responsible for creating a positive and non-competitive environment where every child can thrive and enjoy their soccer experience. The role involves providing individual attention to ensure each child succeeds, using positive reinforcement to encourage improvement, and celebrating their achievements. Coaches will also participate in regular training sessions to enhance their skills and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual. The majority of classes are scheduled during after-school hours and on weekends, making this a flexible part-time opportunity. New coaches can work between 5 to 25 classes a week, with pay ranging from $20 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and class size.
