About The Position

We are seeking passionate and experienced Youth Sports Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball, Volleyball, or other sports and possess a strong foundation in Physical Education. If you have a knack for educating and motivating young athletes to excel in sports, this role is perfect for you.

Requirements

• Must be able to attend staff training Saturday, Jan 10th.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Must pass a background check
• Must have sports experience
• Must have prior coaching and/or childcare expereince
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week

Responsibilities

• Educate and train athletes in a variety of sports and physical activities.
• Implement our practice plans and curriculums to enhance students' skills and performance.
• Organize and lead sports coaching sessions in a gym or outdoor setting.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Create a fun, positive and supportive learning environment for students to thrive.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sports events and competitions.
