About The Position

Requirements
- Fun, engaging, welcoming

- A great learner, with the ability to take constructive criticism
- Confidence in self and policy
- Ability to build relationships to allow for greater ease when enforcing rules and diffusing tense situations
- Alert and safety-oriented – ability to anticipate what may happen to keep safety the top priority
