As a Youth Soccer Referee , you’ll help keep the game flowing, make fair calls, and most importantly, create an awesome experience for kids and families. Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable, on-time, and professional
- Comfortable leading and communicating with kids and adults
- Physically able to keep up with fast-paced games
- Have reliable transportation
- Available on Saturdays (March-May)

- Bonus if you’ve played soccer or worked with kids before!
Responsibilities
- Referee youth soccer games (don’t worry — training is provided!)
- Keep games safe, fair, and fun
- Communicate with kids, coaches, and parents in a positive way
- Be a role model by encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork
