About The Position

Looking for a fun, active weekend job where you get to be on the field, make some extra money, and have a positive impact on kids? Join the i9 Sports team! At i9 Sports, we believe youth sports should be fun, safe, and supportive — without all the negativity you sometimes see in competitive leagues. As a Youth Soccer Referee, you’ll help keep the game flowing, make fair calls, and most importantly, create an awesome experience for kids and families.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Reliable, on-time, and professional
• Comfortable leading and communicating with kids and adults
• Physically able to keep up with fast-paced games
• Have reliable transportation
• Available on Saturdays (September-November)

Nice To Haves

• Bonus if you’ve played soccer or worked with kids before!

Responsibilities

• Referee youth soccer games (don’t worry — training is provided!)
• Keep games safe, fair, and fun
• Communicate with kids, coaches, and parents in a positive way
• Be a role model by encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork
• Help create memorable experiences for local families
