About The Position

We want to hire an energetic and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to lead our players in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. Our ideal candidate has a background in soccer (collegiate, travel-team, club, or high school), and prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader). New Coaches can work 5-15 weekly classes.

Requirements

• Background in soccer (collegiate, travel-team, club, or high school)
• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader)
• Dependable transportation
• Strong internal communicator with prompt responses to work-related emails and SMS
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality soccer training sessions
• Create a positive and supportive team environment
• Develop and implement player development plans
• Communicate with players, parents, and other coaches

• Follow the team's training and practice schedule
