About The Position
Soccer Shots is looking for dedicated and fun coaches to teach classes for 2-8-year-olds in the Tinley Park area and surrounding cities. We are looking for confident coaches who love youth sports and aren't afraid to be fun and connect with children. Soccer experience is not required, but an ability to connect with children is essential. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule that allows you to work around family, school, and other jobs. A coach is paid $15/hour while training and $20/hour once training is complete. Training usually lasts 1-3 weeks, depending on a coach's availability and ability to understand our curriculum. Performance raises are given after two completed seasons for dedicated and reliable coaches. Soccer Shots provides the equipment and curriculum needed to run a successful class. Our coaches and leadership team will train and provide support throughout the season.
