About The Position

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! The job involves leading fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids, focusing on motor skills and character development. Coaches will engage each child individually during class, manage equipment and class rosters, and provide post-session feedback. The position offers flexible hours with no minimum number of sessions required per week, and there is a direct 90-day track to become a lead coach with a pay increase.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
