About The Position

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll inspire young players while delivering fun, structured sessions that promote both skill and character development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Open to working various hours throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, or weekends.
• Ability and patience to work with children ages 12 months and up.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Available to start immediately.
• Able to pass a background check with the Department of Children and Families (State of Florida).
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Implementing engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Fostering a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
• Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
• Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities.
• Acting as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field.
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
