About The Position

Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children? Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development and fun for children ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. Our goal is to provide "a beloved growth experience for every child; a remarkable experience for every family". We are looking for Full and Part Time coaches to join our team and make a lasting impact through the game of soccer! A Day in the Life Lead 30–45 minute, high-energy sessions for up to 12 children using our expert-approved curriculum Use enthusiasm, creativity, and care to help kids build character and confidence through sport Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with enthusiasm Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage your class roster Follow site-specific safety protocols Ensure every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated Go home knowing you made a difference

Requirements

A passion for working with children
A positive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude
The ability to lead and engage a group of young children
Willingness to stand, run, and actively participate in sessions
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
