About The Position
Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized program offering children a fun, age-appropriate introduction to soccer. Our passionate coaches are committed to making a positive impact in every session by combining soccer with character-building lessons. Our Vision: Create a positive experience with a lasting impact The Job: Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. Use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Energetic, reliable and responsible.
- Committed to safety
- No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree is required!
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
- Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- Use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
- Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
