As a coach, you’ll laugh, play, and inspire—while helping kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game. Requirements
- Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a playful personality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Must have availability on weekday mornings. Afternoons, and/or some weekends is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the program
- Ability to pass a background check and work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 2–12
- Follow and deliver our proven, curriculum-based lesson plans
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
- Use positive coaching to build confidence and skills
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress
- Help set up, clean up, and manage equipment
- Participate in training sessions and team development
- Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow into a Lead Coach
