About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8 in Marin County (San Rafael, Corte Madera, and Sausalito). The role involves bringing 'Soccer Island' alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions, encouraging character development through positive reinforcement, and utilizing expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques. Coaches are also responsible for field set-up and take-down, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and communicating effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. No prior experience is required as a paid comprehensive training program is provided. Requirements

Genuine passion for children and sports
Safety conscious
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
Must be available to work one day out of the weekend
A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role
Local candidates only (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
