About The Position

Soccer Shots® is an engaging children’s soccer experience with a focus on character development. We positively impact children, ages 2-8, through the game of soccer. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition, we provide an exceptional customer experience and consistent communication with those we serve. The Job: Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity in delivering Soccer Shots lesson plans and seasonal curriculum. Conduct soccer classes for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down. Classes may be held on-site at preschools, school partner locations, area parks, and other venues throughout the community. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants by following all safety and quality protocols. Communicate effectively with staff, families, caregivers, and teachers.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and active mobile phone with data plan.
Must successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check and complete fingerprinting through MOVECHS.
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
Applicant minimum age for school-based locations is 18.

Nice To Haves

Experience with soccer or other team sport (player, coach, etc).
Early Childhood Education background
