Youth Soccer Coach

Looking for a fun and flexible job? Join Soccer Shots and be the best part of a child’s week. Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. We are currently searching for 4 coaches for our Seattle program at the below location. We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 30-45 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs. We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) and assign classes over the course of a season. We coach at multiple locations in King County with more than 2,000 children enrolled annually. Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement. Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques. Follow safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children, we can't wait to talk to you!
Requirements
- Must be able to commit to at least 2 seasons (4 months)
- Must have weekday morning Availability 8.30am - 11.30am
- Energetic, reliable, organized
- Drivers license
- Access to reliable transportation (car)
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Completed high school degree
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length
- Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown
- Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 30-45 minute classes
