Here at Soccer Shots, our goal is to positively impact children’s lives and be every child’s favorite day. We accomplish this goal by using our engaging children’s soccer curriculum (ages 18mo - 8yrs) with a focus on character development. We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. Our team understands the importance of timely, responsive communication. We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
Pass our Background Check
Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US
Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:00pm

Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
