About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do. Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available) PART-TIME SCHEDULE or FULL-TIME SCHEDULE Hours between M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-1pm) Must be available to work one day out of the weekend. Schedule: Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall) Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional Saturdays: mornings are required A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session. Everything we do, from scheduling to pay structure, creates a supportive environment where our coaches are cared for.

Responsibilities

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
