About The Position

Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized program offering children a fun, age-appropriate introduction to soccer. Our passionate coaches are committed to making a positive impact in every session by combining soccer with character-building lessons. The job involves leading fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8, setting up and taking down equipment before and after sessions, and encouraging character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Coaches will use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development, while creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Clear communication with parents, caregivers, and teachers is also essential.

• No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree is required!
