About The Position

Soccer Shots Boston is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! The job involves leading fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids, focusing on motor skills and character development. Coaches will follow a weekly curriculum, engage each child individually, manage equipment and class rosters, and provide post-session feedback. The position offers flexible hours with no minimum number of sessions required per week, and a base pay increase following the first season.

• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
