This position offers a unique opportunity, a less conventional work schedule, and the ability to work with a supportive team. Within the assigned dormitory ad during active programing hours (6:00 AM - 10:00PM), this position is responsible for providing supervision, safety and security for adjudicated male youth ages 12-21 in a juvenile correctional setting. Duties include offering guidance, mentorship, and support; implementing appropriate correction and behavioral interventions; teaching and modeling positive skills; and coordinating daily services and activities to ensure a safe, structured and therapeutic environment. Preference may be given to applicants with at least one year of work experience with youth services.
