About The Position
The Glenview Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Youth Services Collection Assistant Manager to join our team. This brand-new position offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our youth collections and spaces. In this role, you will lead merchandising and display strategy for the Youth Services collection, apply bookstore-style marketing techniques to promote materials, analyze collection data and circulation statistics to inform purchasing decisions and boost material usage, and help launch a newly designed Play Space and reimagined Youth Services Department. We’re looking for someone who is energized by the challenge of connecting kids and families with books through compelling, patron-centered experiences.
