About The Position

Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Youth Resiliency Facility Coordinator, where you will oversee campus-wide safety, transportation, and facility operations. This role is vital in creating a secure and supportive environment for youth, families, staff, and visitors. You will play a significant part in emergency preparedness and daily operational coordination, ensuring responses are trauma-informed and aligned with our mission of youth resilience and recovery. Your leadership will help foster youth safety and support their journey towards recovery. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public safety, criminal justice, emergency management, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, operations, facilities, or emergency response, including supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet campus transportation requirements.
  • Strong crisis management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campus safety operations and oversee emergency response coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement, EMS, fire departments, and emergency responders.
  • Ensure safety practices are trauma-informed and youth-centered.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and staff safety trainings.
  • Review and follow up on incidents; lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Oversee campus transportation operations, including scheduling and supervision.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained and comply with safety standards.
  • Partner with leadership for facility planning and improvements.
  • Supervise staff responsible for safety, transportation, and facilities functions.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and care.
