About The Position
The Youth Residential CADC is responsible for working closely with youth clients to complete substance use disorder assessments and to provide guidance for appropriate treatment plans, 30 day reviews, and appropriate discharge planning. Must be an advocate for excellent client care, have strong client engagement skills, be highly collaborative with the treatment team, and compassionate towards individuals with substance use disorders.
