Under general supervision, the Youth Programming Generalist uses intermediate knowledge in youth development and community organizing to develop and implement engaging and empowering youth programming for assigned program area(s). The employee is responsible for curriculum development and execution, as well as recruiting and retaining active youth participants. Actively collaborates with other ACCESS programs and national institutions to support ACCESS youth strategy.
