About The Position
We are currently recruiting for multiple Youth Program Education/Assistant I's for all shifts for the Child and Adolescent Unit (CAU) at Central Regional Hospital in Butner. This position provides specialized direct services to extremely behaviorally challenged patients in the forms of behavioral programming, facilitating training/activities, in addition to assisting with health care needs to whatever is deemed necessary. The YPEA I role is a position based on an evidence-based concept that non-licensed caregivers can be instrumental in the application and implementation of behavioral and developmental methodologies. These are full-time positions and eligible for the full State benefits package. Multiple positions and shifts are available. Our shifts are 8 hours and include alternating weekends and holidays as scheduled. We offer additional shift premium pay for Evening (10%), Night (10%), and weekends (5%).
