About The Position

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable Pickleball Instructors to lead Pickleball programs for students 7 to 17+ year olds. Instructors will introduce the fundamentals of Pickleball, promote physical activity, reinforce sportsmanship, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. Candidates should have experience in Pickleball, youth coaching, or physical education and be comfortable managing youth groups and some are teenagers. Candidates must be able to commute to the location and be available for the dates and times listed.

Requirements

• Experience playing or coaching Pickleball
• Strong classroom or group management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
• Pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with teenage children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball fundamentals, including paddle skills, serving, rallying, footwork, scoring, and safety.
• Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games.
• Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
• Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.
