About The Position
The Youth Pastor at White Pine Community Church is responsible for providing vision and direction for all middle school and high school ministries. This role involves recruiting, training, and overseeing student ministry leaders, developing programs for students and their parents, and offering general pastoral services to the church family. The Youth Pastor will also have the opportunity to join a multi-generational preaching team if they possess preaching gifts.
