We are looking for highly qualified/experienced individuals who can assist adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral regulation, trauma, and attachment-related issues. As a youth mentor, your job will be to hold strong boundaries while developing relationships of influence. These relationships will help you inspire, teach, and supervise the adolescent males attending the Geneva Program. A peaceful, calm demeanor, despite potentially tumultuous circumstances, is needed. You will help adolescents and their families address challenges and learn skills that will change their lives.
