Work collaboratively with colleagues across the CUA, the NET organization and within the Community Engagement department. Complete required documentation for all completed appointments and activities. Enter all data on time and correctly to support program evaluation and outcomes tracking. Ensure proper and timely documentation of processes, events and meetings. Be aware of latest developments in popular (youth) culture and have ideas for connecting to youth via those ideas (e.g. music, art, sports, leisure activities, social justice concepts, etc.). Identify and recruit youth that may be community leaders in CUA region, to serve as participants in the Ambassadors Program, and other CUA programs. Design, plan and implement workshops, seminars, and other activities for youth participants, as decided by community engagement team. Train and mentor youth to serve as members of Community Advisory Board, and to work as youth leaders during other CUA activities. Conduct weekly meetings with all youth assigned to the Ambassadors Program Pilot and help facilitate the volunteer work of the Ambassadors. Attend weekly community engagement program meetings, monthly agency staff meetings, and individual weekly supervision with Community Engagement Director or other assigned supervisor.
