Are you a compassionate, reliable professional looking to make a real impact? Calo Programs is hiring Youth Mentors —also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians —to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges. This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program. As the nation’s leading trauma-informed residential treatment center, we combine clinical care with experiential therapies—like hiking, art, music, and yoga—to help teens heal and thrive. We blend clinical excellence with adventure, structure, and connection. Through hiking, art, music, yoga, and team-based experiences, our mentors help students build trust, resilience, and lifelong coping skills. As a Youth Mentor, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. You’ll lead daily routines, attend therapy groups, and participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
