About The Position
Solstice Residential Treatment Center is a private facility dedicated to providing therapeutic support for adolescent females aged 14-18 who are facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. The center specializes in addressing issues related to trauma, loss, and addictive behaviors, creating a nurturing environment where young women can heal and grow. As a Youth Mentor, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our students by fostering meaningful relationships through engaging conversations, shared experiences, and serving as a positive role model. This position is both challenging and rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young individuals in need of support. In your role as a mentor, you will participate in various therapeutic activities, including equine therapy groups and outdoor adventure programs, while collaborating closely with licensed clinical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans. You will be part of a dedicated team of 10-12 staff members, all committed to providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the well-being of our students. Our training programs are designed to promote your personal and professional development, offering pathways for growth within the organization.
