Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Prior experience working with youth or in a mentoring capacity preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsible, reliable, and punctual
Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety procedures
Must possess High School Diploma
Have at least 21 years of age
Compassionate and patient attitude, with a genuine interest in youth development

Responsibilities

Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants, fostering a positive and supportive environment
Plan and coordinate activities, workshops, and outings that promote personal growth and skill development
Safely transport youth to scheduled appointments, activities, and events in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations
Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all youth during transportation and activities
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members regarding youth progress and transportation schedules
Document attendance, activities, and any incidents as required
