About Us: The Summer iWorks Program is a 23-year partnership between the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Communities for People (CFP), and the Moakley Center for Public Management (MCPM). The program empowers youth through mentorship, job readiness training, and paid internships with community partners across Boston. Our mission is to support young people in developing the skills, confidence, and professional experience needed for long-term personal and career success. Summary of Position: The Job Coach plays a critical role in ensuring youth successfully complete the Summer iWorks Program. This position provides individualized coaching, workplace support, and consistent accountability for up to 15 youth participants. The Job Coach serves as a liaison between youth, worksite supervisors, and program partners to promote positive employment experiences and skill development.
