Requirements

• Someone confident, upbeat, and good with kids
• Experience playing, coaching, or officiating football (bonus points, but not required—we’ll train you!)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable and responsible—you’ll be the leader on the field
• Available on Saturdays starting Dec. 13 at First Baptist Church in Richmond Hill, GA (right outside Savannah)

Responsibilities

• Ref games in a fun, safe, and positive environment
• Keep the game moving—manage time, score, and rules
• Be a role model who teaches teamwork and good sportsmanship
• Work with other refs and coaches to make game day run smoothly
• Help players (ages 4–13) have a great experience
