About The Position

My Gym is seeking a young passionate and dedicated Youth Fitness Coach to support our children’s fitness programs AM/PM shifts. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and help create an engaging environment for children and their families. You will ensure the highest quality of service for both children and their families while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. Requirements

Experience with children: Proven experience working with young children in an organized setting
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Team-Oriented: Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests
Physical Capability: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Endurance: Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities

Nice To Haves

A background in dance, theater or kinesiology are desired.
