Tubman is seeking a full-time Youth & Family worker to provide resources and connections to comprehensive services for clients ages 10-24 in shelter, housing, and community-based settings. In this role you champion youth and young adults as a direct services staff to provide mentorship and resources to help them maximize their potential by highlighting their individual strengths. You will also serve as a systems change advocate to ensure relevant services for youth and families who represent historically marginalized communities.
