About The Position
The Youth & Family Director at the Greater Austin YMCA is responsible for overseeing and guiding Youth and Family programming and services. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and enriching experiences for participants, promoting healthy lifestyles, engaging community members in YMCA programs, and championing values-based initiatives. The Director will lead operations, develop inclusive relationships, and ensure the sustainability of the organization while positively impacting the lives of children and adults in the community.
