Requirements

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for youth development
• Passion for soccer and teaching the game
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliability and commitment to weekly sessions
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, high-energy soccer sessions for players ages 7–14
• Teach fundamental skills and promote teamwork and sportsmanship
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging training environment
• Follow Sofive’s structured training curriculum and seasonal plans
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches
• Support camps, clinics, and special events when needed
