About The Position
This summer, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County are running a 'Choose Your Adventure' program, offering games, outdoor activities, and creative projects. The Summer Youth Development Professional (YDP) will be instrumental in leading these activities, building relationships, and creating a safe, supportive, and exciting environment for kids. The role emphasizes energy, flexibility, and a genuine interest in working with youth, with training provided before the start of the position. This is a temporary summer role, but offers a chance to make a lasting impact.
